Grace United Methodist Church takes an active role in supporting and partnering with several missionaries and mission organizations around the world.  Through Faith-Promise Missions Giving, Grace Church seeks to fulfill the Great Commission of making disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:16-20).

Chris and Robyn Zickmund in Belgium – A vibrant evangelical ministry in Brussels, which achieves church planting and social ministries, relating to refugees from the Middle East. This ministry is also supported via United World Mission. Contact at [email protected].

Mark and Eszti Landerholm in Budapest, Hungary – The Landerholms live in Budapest. They have ministries to children and mothers, along with refugees from the Middle East. They also work in the area of “horse therapy.” Mark and Eszti have two children.

Daniel & Amanda Buck in Budapest, Hungary – Student Ministry in the heart of Budapest, utilizing the means of business planning and brining to bear the resources of business to build a lasting impact for young students. Reach at Daniel Buck at [email protected].

Nancy and Robert Verbeek in Zurich, Switzerland – The Verbeeks work in a multinational church in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland, with Zurserve Ministries. The Verbeeks coordinate small group ministries and assist with evangelism in the live of the church. The Verbeeks also reside in Franklin. www.zurserveministries.org

Mission Guatemala – Grace Church has a long-standing partnership with Mission Guatemala, supporting this ministry financially and through the sending of persons as missionaries and on teams. Mission Guatemala has numerous ministries to the Mayan people: health, education, nutrition, dental, and medical. www.missionguatemala.org

John and Colleen Eisenberg in Paraguay – The Eisenbergs are the founders of Paraguay Praise, a ministry in the heart of Paraguay that works with families, especially in the area of marriage counseling. The Eisenbergs also teach the Alpha Course and train local lay people to serve as pastors at the Bible Institute and at Nuevo Horizonte Methodist School.

Sally Barrett in Slovenia - Sally co-leads a team of eighteen individuals who work with high school and college students. She coaches the women on the team, meets students for discipleship, facilitates bible studies, leads interactive English classes in local schools, and organizes other gospel focused events. 

Tom Overton and HOPE61 – Tom Overton is a missionary who works through One Mission Society to address issues related to human trafficking, especially among young women. At its core, HOPE61 is an evangelism and discipleship catalyst aimed at people who are vulnerable to become involved in human trafficking.
