Ongoing Opportunities
CARE KIT ITEM CONTRIBUTIONS
We are always accepting travel-sized toiletries to assemble Care Kits. Supplies can be brought to the church or purchased from the “Grace UMC Care Kit Supplies” list on Amazon by clicking here.
SOUP’S ON SUPPLIES
Our Soup’s On ministry offers a free meal to anyone in the community every Friday evening. #10 cans (large food service-sized cans) of vegetables and fruits, as well as boxed cake and brownie mixes and cans of icing are always welcome.
BLESSING BOX MINISTRY
Our Blessing Box ministry collects nonperishable foods to include in “Grab and Go” food bags. These bags are shared with people who come to the church in need, as well as with local 24-hour access pantries. Easy-open, ready-to-eat foods are particularly helpful. Examples include pop-top cans of beef stew, cans of prepared pastas, chicken, tuna, fruits, and vegetables; granola bars; cereal cups, crackers, and peanut butter. Can openers and disposable eating utensils are also helpful.
