Location & Note:
Rev. Mike Beck, who served as the Senior Pastor here at Grace church from 1997 - 2006, has recently published a book entitled, “No Longer Silent: Doing Pastoral Ministry With Excellence and Grace.” Rev. Mike, who suffers with dystonias of the voice, eyes, & muscles in his lower face and right hand, has spent the last few years “on the sidelines” of ministry. This led to the writing of this thought-provoking, challenging book which is filled with hundreds of lessons learned from his 25 years in pastoral ministry. It contains numerous stories from his years in ministry here at Grace Church. The book also contains a Study Guide which allows it to be used in small group studies. The book is dedicated to Rev. Glen Beck and a portion of the proceeds will go to the construction of the “Glen and Myrna Beck Guest House” in Tanzania. Copies of the book are available in the Lobby of Grace Church for $10.00 soft-cover or $16 hard cover. For more information visit www.revmikebeck.com
